Estimated Budget
Every construction project should begin with a well-thought-out budget. Although a budget “range” may be established, we suggest the upper end of your budget or the final agreed upon budget figure should be 90-95% what you can or are willing to spend.

Bruce Construction maintains a full millwork shop which manufactures an impressive line of unique crown moldings, chair rails and fireplace mantels as well as quite a few other items of millwork and ornament trim. Every J. Bruce Construction home features its own unique designs in millwork. Library design is one of our specialties. We can design and build a custom library to fit your home.
